Here is a quick social experiment that readers can try at home, but ask mom and dad first. What you'll need to get started is a pen, paper, patience, and possibly some sort of heavy drug usage so you don't get panic attacks listening to the conservative talk radio hate agenda.
But don't worry, if your parents don't have any fun drugs in their medicine cabinet, you can go to any street corner in Hartford, or substitute with alcohol. First, write "Dick" and "Linda" on a piece of paper separated by a line going vertically down the page. Then find a radio and turn that dial to WTIC News Talk 1080 AM, and prepare to have your patience tested! As you make your way through the long pauses and libel, pay closer attention to the commercials. Now, here is where you get to be involved: Every time you hear a commercial supporting Richard Blumenthal, tally a mark on his side of the line. Just as well, do the same for for any ads backing Linda McMahon. You might be surprised as to who you are marking off more tallies for.
